Terms & Conditions

1. AGE OF DRIVER: The hirer must be at least 23 years of age.
2. DRIVING LICENSE: The driver must have a driving license issued at least one year ago.
3. MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD: One day (24 hours). Each additional hour will be charged at 1/6 of the daily rate.
4. FINES: All fines or legal penalties are to be paid by the hirer.
5. DEPOSIT METHOD OF PAYMENT: The estimated hire charge must be paid in advance. Minimum charge: 120 euros per day. No deposit is required from holders of credit cards recognized by ATLAS.
         1. CAR INSURANCE: Hire rates include the following maximum insurance coverage:
         2. Death or personal injury to third parties, up to 500.000 euros
         3. Material damage to third parties, up to 100.000 euros
         4. Car hired from ATLAS against fire,
         5. For material damage of ATLAS cars, the hirer is responsible up to the entire market value of the vehicle at the time of rental.
6. COMPREHENSIVE COVER: (C D. W.): The hirer may restrict his responsibility for any damage to the vehicle (above paragraph d], to the first 600 euros if he accepts and signs the relevant, terms by paying the sum of 10 euros for each day the car is hired, for categories A, B, C, E, 13 euros for categories D, F, H, J and the first 1.000 euros by paying the sum 16 euros for categories G, I, K, N/A for category L, on condition the damage is not due to a violation of the Highway Code or to excessive consumption of alcohol or narcotic substances. C. D. W. INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGES ON TIRES, WINDSHIELDS, WINDOWS AND UNDERNEATH OF CAR.
7. INSURANCE FOR DRIVER AND PASSENGERS: Offered for 3 euros per day, covers COMPENSATION for the driver, up to 5.800 euros for death or total disability, COMPENSATION for passengers for physical injury up to 440.000 euros (Paragraph a).
8. THEFT COVERAGE: The hirer is not responsible for theft of the car if he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract, and pays the sum of 3 euros daily for categories A, B, C, E, 4 euros daily for categories D, F, H, J 7 euros daily for categories G, I, K, and 15 euros daily for category L.
9. ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL DRIVER: 2 euros per day.
10. EQUIPMENT: Baby seat, snow chains, on request with a daily charge of 2 euros.
11. GASOLINE: Paid for by the hirer.
12. TAXES: The hirer is charged with 18% VAT on the total bill.
13. COLLECTION DELIVERY: Each delivery or collection within city limits is charged 7 euros excluding ATLAS station. The hirer will be charged 0,5 euros/ km for categories A, B, C, E, F, and 0,6 euros/km for categories D, G, H, I, J, K, L. Charge for delivery collection outside work hours: 15 euros.
14. TAKING HIRED CARS ABROAD: Customers desiring to travel outside Greek borders in ATLAS cars must have the WRITTEN approval of ATLAS.
15. TRANSPORT BY SHIP: Loading and transport of cars by ship is not permitted without the written approval of ATLAS.
16. CHANGE IN CAR TYPE: The Company reserves the right to change the type of car in special cases.
17. AIRPORT CHARGE: 10 euros
